some 40 years in the trade. His knowledge of the office products
industry is virtually unrivalled.
OfficeStar Lincoln have
thrived since it's inception in 1994 to become one of the premier
office products companies in the area.
His determination to ensure that they remain the NUMBER 1
company is Ken's ambition and nothing will deter him from the
path he has set for the company's future.
His part in the company is as active as anyone else and he
will often be found taking incoming sales calls as well as
occasionally helping to load and unload vehicles.

Anne organises and oversees
the administration functions of the company.
Her background in office supplies spans over 25 years and over this
period she has obtained a vast knowledge of the office products
industry. Her main day-to-day responsibility is the control and
organisation of the company's administration function.
We often refer to her as our Sales Prevention Officer but she
really has a wonderful approach with customers and prospects alike.
She brightens the day for most of the people she talks to on the
telephone and keeps the rest of us on the straight and narrow path.
Our levels of service and customer satisfaction are constantly in
the forefront of her thoughts.

Sue has
been with us for around 2 years having previously worked for us not
long after our business started before joining her family on the
Island of Jersey where she was employed by the largest office
stationery dealer on the Channel Islands. Her stay over there
lasted for around 8 years before she one day rang us to say she she
was returning to the Lincoln area with her husband and
children and did we have any jobs available. With her vast
knowledge of our trade it took no time at all for us to ask her to
re-join us. She is now usually the first point of contact for
anyone ringing ito our sales department to either place an order or
to ask for advice regarding product selection.
Ian has been with the company
for around 9 years.
He has been the company van driver, helped in the administration
department, installed office furniture and generally does anything
asked of him. A valuable member of our internal back-up team,
helping to ensure that our guaranteed service levels to customers
are consistently achieved.
Alan is our main van
driver. He apparently
knows quite a lot about "multi-drops" although we are assured that
this doesn't mean that he drops 50% of the parcels on the floor
during delivery.
A member of our team for nearly 7 years he consistently
demonstrates his
ability to adapt to our principles of total customer service and
satisfaction. In his spare time he is also the Stadium
announcer for The Red Imps at Lincoln City Football Club and, as
you can see, proud to wear their shirt.
